XOFLX® is Minaris Advanced Therapies’ lentiviral packaging and producer cell line platform developed to address the scalability, cost, and consistency challenges associated with lentiviral vector (LVV) manufacturing. The platform uses stable cell lines with genomically integrated lentiviral components, reducing or eliminating the need for multiple plasmids and simplifying or removing transfection steps. This approach helps decrease batch-to-batch variability, improve process robustness, and lower cost of goods compared to traditional transient transfection methods.
Designed for commercial readiness, the platform supports large-volume production, including feasibility beyond 1000L in scalable producer formats, and is applicable to both ex vivo and in vivo gene therapy applications. Minaris also provides custom cell line development services, including stable integration of packaging components and therapeutic transgenes, clone selection, productivity screening, assay development, and transition to GMP-compliant Master Cell Banks to accelerate clinical and commercial manufacturing.
